Supports the sequence of steps for collaboration with the status 'Need Attention', Checked', 'Approved' and 'Unapproved' to bring all collaboration communication to the solution. The collaboration status enables a highly efficient and secure demand collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Additionally, with each change in demand, Streamline identifies supply chain impacts, at the aggregate level or by SKU, with call-to-action colors, identifying planned items with projected revenue loss and excess inventory. I found great use in this functionality for the collaboration process. Because managers collaborate on demand, they can assess the productivity of assigned resources, so they don't dedicate resources where supply chain constraints will limit results. In turn, they can evaluate promotions and discounts on categories and SKUs with excess inventory to reduce the impact on working capital. I found the Group EOQ and Container Group functionality extremely useful for Inventory Planning. The first allows setting the optimal lot size for a group of materials instead of the classic material-by-material view. The second allows to optimize the use of containers and trucks since it unitizes the load to comply with load restrictions with an optimal load that helps to minimize shortages. It is an excellent tool for preparing distribution, manufacturing and purchasing plans to share with Logistics and suppliers to assess capacity limitations, with customizable reports that can be exported to Excel. Historical and forecast reports help prepare for S&OP meetings and assess improvements in crucial supply chain indicators. **What do you dislike about Streamline?** The user interface is somewhat 'all fashion' but allows you to quickly get used to its use and concentrate on resolving the exceptions and restrictions of the plan. **What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped drastically reduce planning time and increase the frequency of plan generation and review. It was possible to have a demand plan in consensus with the commercial managers with less effort. It allowed adjusting inventory policies 'on the run' to keep working capital low with the expected service levels by product segment. It allowed to quickly prepare distribution, manufacturing, raw material requirements and purchasing plans with high precision.
