## Streamline Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Supply Chain Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leendert Paul D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The implementation of GMDH Streamline has transformed our company's approach to managing inventory and predicting future needs. With its intuitive design, our team spends less time on manual tasks while achieving greater accuracy in our planning processes. As a result, we've seen notable improvements in how our supply chain functions.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Our biggest regret with cloud-based solutions is not making the transition earlier. The boost in efficiency we've experienced only emphasizes how much time we wasted with our legacy systems.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brought in GMDH Streamline to tackle our biggest headaches - keeping track of inventory, figuring out what we'll need down the road, and getting our supply chain running smoothly. It's made a real difference - our forecasts are hitting the mark more often, we rarely run out of stock anymore, and we're keeping just the right amount of inventory on hand. The best part? We're saving money on operations, and our team can finally put their energy into bigger-picture projects instead of getting bogged down with day-to-day reordering.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> That’s a great outcome to read. Moving away from legacy systems and seeing immediate gains in accuracy, inventory health, and team focus is exactly the shift Streamline is meant to enable.

Fewer stockouts, better forecasts, and more time for higher-value work is a powerful combination! Glad Streamline is making that difference for your supply chain.

  ### 2. Platform that easily allows directing the operation based on data analysis.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge R. | Socio Consultor y CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The inclusion of filters in the demand module is very useful. This helps reduce the time needed to analyze data. On the other hand, in the inventory module, the inclusion of approval for planned orders is positive, as this process can be executed online.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The dashboard module has been improving substantially over time, I believe it can improve even more, especially regarding the ability to compare current year data with previous years (in data tables and graphically) by applying data segmentation.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline, help solve inventory problems, whether they are stock excesses or shortages and potential shortages. It allows for very effective coordination of both the commercial and operations teams through the S&OP process in an intuitive and synchronous manner.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear the demand filters and planned order approvals are helping you analyze faster and run inventory decisions more smoothly. That’s exactly the kind of everyday planning friction we aim to remove. We also really appreciate the feedback on dashboards. Input like this helps us focus on what matters most to planners.

Great to hear Streamline is supporting your S&OP process and helping teams stay aligned while reducing both shortages and excess. Thanks for being part of the journey!

  ### 3. Essential and strategic ally for Demand Planning in SIMED

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin D.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Definitely, one of the things I like most about Streamline is the reliability and speed with which it presents information to us. Streamline has connected to our ERP very quickly, allowing us to have information online. That is something I really appreciate. I like how intuitive its interface is, which is quite effective even for novice users. It is also easy to connect Streamline with our ERP, thanks to how simple it is to make this connection along with our IT team.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I definitely think that one of the challenges to improve in Streamline is the integration with artificial intelligence. Although they have already made some progress, I feel it could be integrated more deeply into the Streamline ecosystem.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streamline to maintain optimal inventory levels, avoid expired products, and improve cash flow. It also offers me a reliable and quick overview of the SKUs, allowing me to order the exact quantities needed.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thanks so much, Kevin – we really appreciate your support!

  ### 4. Visually Attractive and Efficient for Forecasts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan E.

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like the Streamline platform because it is visually pleasing and helps with visual impact by avoiding confusion. I also appreciate the speed with which it provides information and the ease of changing forecasts, as well as its accessibility. It is designed with a very dynamic environment.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

It seems to me that I also need a bit of automatic visualization regarding the expiration topic. It's something we load under a matrix, but it would be great if the system itself had the ease of checking expirations and expiration dates. Visually, the Streamline for the commercial part is a bit confusing because they can't decipher everything it maintains. It was quite complex, which is why we have to rely on Excel.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline helps me save time in reporting and provides accurate forecasts. I quickly see the status of the brands and assess risks of expiration or inventory shortages. I also easily adjust demand forecasts.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thanks for the rating, Juan! We appreciate you taking the time to share it

  ### 5. Empowers Procurement with Clear Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I appreciate Streamline's graphical input, which is a key attribute for me. The color-coded approach clearly shows possible inventory shortages and excesses, and how the inventory is expected to evolve. I also like that projected inventory and final forecast are easily accessible through the visual interface, making decision-making easier. Additionally, I'm happy that the product improves every month we use it.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Some alternate/replacement items are difficult to aggregate, or at least it is not straightforward to do so. A simplified interface where the user can preview the effects of selected changes can help visualize whether the aggregation makes sense or not. It took us a while to feel like the projections made sense, since there is a lot of configuration involved.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline highlights inventory shortages/excesses and provides demand forecasts, guiding our purchasing strategy. Its visual interface, with projected inventory and forecast access, simplifies decision-making.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thanks, Pablo, it’s great to hear the visual planning and color-coded signals are helping you spot shortages and excess early and make procurement decisions with more confidence. That clarity is exactly what the interface is meant to deliver.

We also appreciate the honest feedback on item aggregation and configuration. Making those scenarios easier to preview and validate visually is an important area for us, especially as teams get up to speed. Glad to hear the product keeps getting better for you month by month.

  ### 6. Effortless Inventory Planning and Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I use Streamline for inventory planning, and it ensures the correct amount of stock on all my SKUs, which makes my inventory feel more efficient. I like how my items arrive on time. In my opinion, Streamline's UX is simple and easy to understand, with specific features and functionalities. The position of the buttons and size of each module on the screen are more than enough to provide a great interaction with the platform. It's practical when a connection with other platforms is required. The initial setup was easy enough, especially with expert help.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I believe the only thing you should update is your knowledge base. Streamline evolves every time but you don't show all those new features on your knowledge base.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline corrects stock amounts on all my SKUs and adjusts my inventory for more efficiency, ensuring items arrive on time.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thanks, Esteban, great to hear Streamline is helping keep the right stock on every SKU and making inventory feel more efficient day to day. We’re especially glad the UX, integrations, and setup experience are working well for you.

Appreciate the note on the knowledge base. You’re right, the product moves fast, and we’re actively working to better reflect new features and updates there. Thanks for calling it out and for sharing your experience!

  ### 7. Excellent experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joselito R. | Import and Planning Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The capacity of show all calculations quickly. Any change you make, the system is quickly to let you know the new scenery.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The support of new features that it is useful for our system. They need to check if that change can affect many users but some change is useful only to us but maybe not to others.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The statistical forecast is the best part of the Streamline, and on it the app is very precise. It has solved the mainly problems of stock rupture

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thanks, Joselito! Great to hear the instant recalculation and scenario updates help you quickly see the impact of changes. That “what happens if…” speed is exactly what Streamline is built for.

  ### 8. Streamline Boosts Productivity with an Intuitive, User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia V. | International Procurement Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

streamline is a very efficient and user-friendly platform. It helps optimize processes, saves time, and provides clear visibility of operations. The interface is intuitive, and the system makes daily tasks much easier to manage. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that improves productivity and organization.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

One downside is that some features could be more customizable, and the system can feel a bit slow at times when handling large amounts of data

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline solves problems related to inefficient planning, lack of visibility, and manual processes. It helps centralize data, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize inventory levels. As a result, it saves time, reduces errors, and allows us to make better, data-driven decisions, improving overall operational efficiency.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thank you, Natalia. Clear visibility, less manual work, and easier day-to-day planning are exactly the problems Streamline is meant to solve, so it’s great to hear that’s been your experience.

Thanks as well for calling out customization and performance with larger data sets. This kind of input helps us keep improving where it matters most.

  ### 9. Ideal tool to plan and define my business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon V. | Demand Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

As with Demand Planer, the tool is very useful and intuitive. The tools it offers are very comprehensive. I also like the ability to make bulk changes to reports. The substitution rules also work quite well for me, since in the sector I work, there are variations in SKUs from supplier to supplier. The ability to replace the history of a discontinued reference to assign it to a new coding is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Load times for relatively large projects currently affect us when working together with several people. Currently, the project I'm working on can have a maximum of three people working, and this already causes extended work times, as well as the loading of reports.

Other than that, the tool is pleasant, intuitive, and very versatile.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduction in replenishment cycles, optimization of inventory budgets, detection of outliers, and measurement of overstock risks

  ### 10. Highly Effective for Demand Planning, Needs Dashboard Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like Streamline for its ability to consolidate global forecasts and sales data efficiently. The easy access to the Streamline team is great, and I feel like we're in good hands. The forecasting engine and AI integrations are really great and fit in well with the rest of the Streamline features. The initial setup of Streamline was also great.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The dashboards could be more user friendly and adaptable. Having a % to plan and other KPI's available in the dashboards would be great.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline helps consolidate global forecasts and sales data, with excellent support in integrating our data.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Alex, this is great to read. Consolidating global forecasts while keeping setup and data integration smooth is no small thing, so we’re glad that’s been your experience — and that you feel well supported along the way.

Dashboards are a fair callout. Making KPIs like %-to-plan easier to access and adapt is something we’re actively thinking about as we evolve that area of the product.

  ### 11. The improvement we have had with GMDH Streamline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo R. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

StreamLine has helped us improve the time it takes to calculate our sales forecasts and has also provided visibility to the entire supply chain.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I would like it to be adjusted to an S&OP process since it is currently difficult to make changes requested by the sales department and incorporate them into the budget.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time to generate reports and forecasts was too long; currently, with the tool, all the information is available for analysis in less than a day. This has saved us costs since it was not necessary to hire an additional resource.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Hugo, thanks for sharing this. Cutting forecast and reporting cycles from days to hours is a big shift, and we’re glad Streamline is giving your teams faster visibility without adding headcount.

Your note on S&OP is an important one, especially around sales-driven changes and budgeting, and it’s exactly the kind of real-world input we use to keep improving the platform.

  ### 12. Saves Time with Real-Time Forecasting and Flexible Scenario Modeling

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Streamline helps me save significant time on forecasting and demand planning by using real-time data and insights. I especially like being able to toggle between different forecast scenarios and models, which makes it easier to explore options and adjust my approach as needed.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Streamline is primarily geared toward forecasting and demand planning, and it doesn’t include other features such as AI, reporting, or spreadsheets.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline allows us to save significant time on our team’s forecasting, ordering, demand planning, and reporting. It reduces the manual work and the headache of having to do all of this ourselves.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Jason, real-time forecasting and fast scenario switching are exactly what Streamline is built for, helping teams test options quickly and move on decisions without the manual grind.

Glad to hear it’s saving your team time across forecasting, ordering, and planning!

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The software is very easy and intuitive to use. Great ability to rapidly create bottoms up forecasts. PO review process is straightforward and fast to execute.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Reporting is flexible but limited in scope. Ability to manage features such as Order Availability at multiple levles is time consuming.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bottoms up forecasting, cost analysis, inventory analysis, buy planning, product classification and safety stock management. The system is highly customizable and adapts well to various logistics and systems layouts.

**Official Response from Gleb Koshulko:**

> We sincerely appreciate your feedback! Your perspective holds significant importance for us, and we are grateful that you’ve taken the time to express your views. The platform provides a seamless way to balance orders while ensuring accuracy and keeping all information consistently up to date. Their support team is exceptionally responsive and always ready to assist.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Overall, I am satisfied with the platform.
It would be helpful to have improved mass update capabilities

  ### 15. Efficiency, automation, and quality support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra O. | Demand Planner and BI Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Since we started using Streamline, our operational management has improved significantly. The platform is intuitive, agile, and very comprehensive, which has allowed us to optimize key processes, especially in the area of planning and inventory control. I particularly highlight its ability to automate repetitive tasks and generate clear reports in real time.

Additionally, the support team is fast, professional, and effective, which adds a lot of value to the experience. I recommend Streamline to any company looking for an efficient tool to improve data-driven decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

While Streamline is a very useful and comprehensive tool, I believe there are opportunities for improvement in certain aspects. For example, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for new users without prior experience in similar tools. It would also be ideal to have more customization options in some reports or dashboards, to better adapt them to the specific needs of each area or business.

Even so, the support team is receptive and open to suggestions, which is very valuable.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline has helped us address key issues related to inventory planning, overstock, and purchasing inefficiencies. Before using the platform, we faced challenges aligning our purchase plans with actual demand, which led to excess inventory and slow turnover. With Streamline, we can now forecast more accurately, automate replenishment suggestions, and monitor inventory levels by brand and store in real time.

This has resulted in better cash flow management, reduced excess stock, and more confident decision-making across the supply chain. The visibility and KPIs we’ve implemented through Streamline have helped us move from reactive to proactive planning.

  ### 16. Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** clara l. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

This helped my day to day efficiency. I can focus more on bigger picture projects than getting stuck in doing tedious tasks.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The help section could be improved. It is hard to find specific answers.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed help planning for demand to share with my manufacturer. I was using an excel sheet and this helped me be more productive.

  ### 17. Streamline empowers data-driven planning and supply decisions.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishnandan D. | Assistant Manager - SCM Customer Service, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

What I like most about Streamline is how much it simplifies the planning process. It’s really helped us cut down on manual work and made everything a lot more efficient. The forecasts are much more accurate now, which has had a big impact on our inventory management and even revenue. It was surprisingly easy to set up and use, and it works really well with our ERP system. Plus, their customer support has been fantastic—quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I use Streamline regularly, and while it’s generally very efficient, some features—especially around data filtering and setting up custom views—could be more intuitive. Since these functions are part of my frequent workflow, it would be great if they were a bit easier to navigate and customise.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline has really helped us improve how we plan our inventory. By analyzing past trends along with current demand, it gives us a much clearer picture of what to order and when. It’s especially helpful with seasonal products and managing different supplier lead times. We’ve been able to reduce stockouts and avoid overstocking, which has definitely made our operations more efficient and cost-effective.

  ### 18. A Reliable Partner in Forecasting and Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

What I value most about Streamline is how quickly it reduces manual workload and brings efficiency into daily planning.
The implementation was surprisingly straightforward, and the integration with the ERP felt seamless — no endless adjustments or hidden complexity.
From a supply chain perspective, the forecasting accuracy really stands out: decisions are no longer based on “best guesses” but on reliable data.
That has a direct impact on revenue, since resources are used more intelligently and excess stock is kept under control.
I also have to highlight their customer support — knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive in sharing best practices. It feels less like adopting a software and more like having a partner that makes planning smoother and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

There’s honestly not much to criticize. A few features could be a bit more intuitive at first glance, but once you get used to the workflow, it runs smoothly. Overall, the experience has been excellent and any small gaps are far outweighed by the value the platform delivers.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline takes a lot of the uncertainty out of demand forecasting.
It helps reduce stockouts while also preventing overstock, which has a direct impact on costs and efficiency.
What I find especially valuable is how it improves alignment between departments — sales, supply chain, and operations can all work from the same reliable data.
That clarity in forecast accuracy makes planning much more dependable and supports better decision-making across the business.

  ### 19. The answer is in the name - Streamline.

I am sure with more frequent use of this valuable tool I will find more and more benefts. On top of that, their support team is responsive and a pleasure to collaborate with."

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

It takes a bit of time to connect the data, adjust the settings to match specific shipping models and business rules.

Streamline enhances our forecasting precision and enables more effective shipment planning across multiple regions. It contributes to steadier planning cycles, helping to minimize sudden freight cost increases and prevent stock discrepancies."

  ### 20. Smart and effortless AI planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The setup was super quick, and their support team was really helpful, so we were up and running in no time. What I love most about Streamline is how it takes a lot of the manual work off my plate and makes forecasting way more accurate. Forecasts have definitely gotten better, and the ERP integration keeps everything in sync across departments. It also saves a ton of time, which lets me focus more on managing shipments and working with different teams.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Bulk update capabilities could be improved.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline has made our demand forecasting way more accurate, so we’re not constantly overstocking or running out of key items. It saves a ton of time by automating the stuff we used to do manually, which lets me focus on bigger-picture tasks. ### 21. The S&OP cockpit keeps our customers satisfied and our fleet moving smoothly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan S. | Vice President, Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

What I like best about Streamline is how it brings everything together in one place. The dashboards combine our sales pipeline, logistics ETAs, and inventory into a single view, so my team can answer client delivery questions instantly.

The reordering process is smart—it creates a constrained ordering plan that balances minimum order quantities with dock capacity, ensuring full loads and eliminating wasted space.

Risk alerts are another game-changer. They light up as soon as carrier delays threaten OTIF performance, giving us time to act before customer service gets swamped.

Collaboration across sales, operations, and customer support is seamless—everyone works from the same source of truth.

On top of that, the platform is incredibly easy to use and quick to implement. Streamline’s built-in AI chat helps us onboard faster and get instant answers from our own data. Add in the exceptional customer support, and it’s clear how Streamline has helped reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and ultimately increase revenue.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The carrier lead-time settings felt a bit cluttered at first—it took me a moment to find the export button. Also, risk alerts can be overly sensitive when the data isn't clean, so we had to remove duplicates early on. And while the API integration with our TMS is powerful, it required IT support for mapping. A more plug-and-play setup would’ve been ideal.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline connects customer demand, logistics capacity, and S&OP targets in real time, giving us full visibility across the supply chain. Forecast adjustments help us stay aligned with sales campaigns, while the automated reordering process reduces the need for costly rush shipments.

Risk alerts proactively flag potential OTIF issues, allowing us to act early and maintain service levels. The result? A faster quote-to-ship cycle, fewer stockouts, and more consistent revenue flow—exactly what we need to stay ahead as a strategic sales and service organization.

  ### 22. Very comprehensive forecasting tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

We are a small company but have a complex product that is mostly make to order. Streamline has done a great job handling the parent child relationships and helps us navigate our busy seasons.

It is easy and straightforward to use. I use it about once a month to do planning and it is easy to pick up from where I left off.

There is no integration, I use Alteryx to wrangle the data and then put it into Streamline.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The only issue I have had a tough time with is getting the tool to add incoming shipments to inventory for planning purposes.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is extremely useful to plan for the inventory we need. There really aren't any other tools at an affordable price point that do what streamline does.

  ### 23. My primary procurement tool for S&OP and supplier spend visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gbemisola F. | Procurement Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like the seamless integration of the reordering process with SAP. Purchase orders are generated automatically without any manual input. This makes the requisition to order cycle time significantly shorter. I also like how the dashboards aligns forecast changes with supplier lead times, enabling more informed negotiation for price breaks based on actual demand data. The money tree feature is also quite useful as it translates constrains identified into cash flow impact, giving an insight into real-time budget oversight. Collaboration is another strong aspect I appreciate. It allows for smooth flow and share of reviews, calculations and formulas among buyers, finance and planning.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I needed to take some time to understand it the first time I opened it

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings demand, inventory and procurement together in one S&OP. Risk alerts reduce supply shock, reordering cuts excess stock and forecast updates improves contract negotiations. The result of this has been better compliance and faster PO cycles.

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The ease of use and smooth implementation stood out right away. Our team was up and running quickly, thanks to an intuitive interface and outstanding support from the customer success team. They’re incredibly responsive—whether it’s onboarding questions or troubleshooting, we always feel supported.

Streamline has drastically reduced the amount of manual work we used to do. Tasks that once took hours are now completed in minutes, which has significantly boosted our team’s efficiency. The seamless integration with our ERP system was another huge win—it just works.

We’ve also seen major improvements in forecast accuracy. The data-driven insights have helped us avoid overstock and stockout issues, which in turn has improved customer satisfaction and had a positive impact on our bottom line.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

You do need to ensure that your input data is clean and well-structured to get the most out of the platform. There was a bit of upfront work to clean up legacy spreadsheets and old data, but once that was done, everything became much more intuitive.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline is helping us tackle some of the biggest pain points in our planning process—especially around demand forecasting and inventory management. Before, we relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual calculations, which made it difficult to forecast accurately and often led to stockouts or excess inventory.

Now, with Streamline’s advanced forecasting capabilities, we’re able to predict demand more reliably and respond faster to market changes. This has drastically reduced stockouts and overstock situations, improving our inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.

It’s also boosted our overall efficiency—what used to take multiple team members days to accomplish is now streamlined and automated. That time savings lets us focus on strategy and growth, rather than just staying afloat. Overall, Streamline has given us more control, visibility, and confidence in our planning process.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Everything functions as expected, no complains so far.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline is helping to tackle several challenges in the supply chain and inventory management. One of the biggest improvements has been in demand forecasting—the platform uses intelligent algorithms to generate accurate forecasts, which has significantly improved our planning capabilities.

As a result, we've been able to reduce overstock situations, ensuring we have the right products available at the right time without tying up unnecessary capital in excess inventory.

Additionally, Streamline has greatly increased our operational efficiency by automating manual processes that used to take hours—like data consolidation, report generation, and reorder calculations. Setting up some integrations might require additional help depending on your system.
It can be a bit tricky to navigate some features when you're just getting started.

There are many options for data integration, and the process of matching data vs system is actually very smooth. Excelent chart visuals, ideal to be used in day to day reporting operation, extremely focused on the inventory management.

Dashboard options and customization for easy visualization of stock levels, forecasts and financials.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Waiting for the system to add new and more valuable features.

  ### 33. Streamline Registers Interest, Needs Simpler Onboarding

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandy .

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like that Streamline was easy to find online, and I appreciate the follow-ups sent to me.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I found the registration process for Streamline to be cumbersome with too many steps, especially when comparing it to competitors. This added complexity was off-putting and became a barrier for me to proceed with setting it up. Additionally, there wasn't a sufficiently enticing trial offer to justify the conversion and switching costs associated with adopting the software. Given that implementing Streamline would require transitioning our entire catalog online, which is labor-intensive, I needed a longer trial to ensure the cost benefits would be worthwhile. Without a convincing free trial, I wasn’t motivated to make the purchase decision.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 34. Streamline keeps my rigs loaded and my QuickBooks clean and precise.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Streamline integrates directly with QuickBooks, automating the posting of fuel, parts, and lane revenue to eliminate month-end rushes. Its dashboards provide forecast adjustments against DOT hours-of-service limits, ensuring realistic load planning. Additionally, early risk alerts for IFTA mileage spikes enable proactive risk management, preventing unexpected tax issues.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

One of the downsides of Streamline is that it offers limited customization on the reports, we have to rely on the existing templates and have not been able to customize the data completely to suit our desired outcomes. Overall, wonderful experience I would just mention that one aspect thus far.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline offers a unified view of routing, inventory, and financial data, all on one screen. This comprehensive oversight enables us to fine-tune forecasts, cutting down on deadhead miles. The system's reordering process guarantees we consistently have critical spares on hand, while risk alerts provide essential protection against DOT and IFTA penalties. Ultimately, this means maximized trailer capacity, pristine financial management, improved driver satisfaction, and enhanced operational security.

  ### 35. S&OP that connects the entire team and keeps our plans aligned across LATAM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

What I appreciate most is how the dashboards align demand from Panama, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic side by side, enabling my team to spot gaps quickly. I also value how the money tree translates each forecast adjustment into local currency margin, which helps during pricing discussions with new distributors.

Additionally, the reorder process auto-builds a constrained order plan that respects Caribbean lead times and port space availability, significantly reducing air freight costs. Risk alerts for MOQ clashes or customs delays appear early, allowing us to manage risks before customers are affected.

Collaboration is seamless—sales, operations, and finance edit the same calculations and formulas live during S&OP calls, avoiding version control chaos. What truly fascinates me is that the AI chat explains sudden demand spikes in plain English—perfect for fast client updates.

Moreover, the platform is easy to use, simple to implement, and backed by exceptional customer support.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The first time I opened the multi-currency screen, I felt a bit lost—there were too many toggles and settings visible at once. Also, while the COUPA connector works, setting up deeper integrations still requires IT support for field mapping. I wish it offered a more intuitive, drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline brings together sales growth plans and supply constraints into one unified S&OP cockpit. By aligning forecast adjustments with an automated reordering process, it ensures continuous stock flow into new markets. Risk alerts help us avoid service gaps, while the constrained ordering plan optimizes inventory and frees up cash for upcoming product launches. The result? Smoother market expansions, happier distributors, and stronger revenue—it's how I deliver impact that goes beyond just hitting targets.

  ### 36. Great tool

I love the fact that it has decreased the amount of time I have to do reports and assisted with our revenue and improved our sales because of the demand forecasts that are so accurate. It has been easy to use and has improved our daily work routine. Also very easy to navigate and we have enough support from the stream line tool. Its also a tool we depend on a daily basis to perform all our required tasks.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

We have not yet fully intergrated to our dashboard yet so we cant fully link some of the data on streamline as yet.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us with streamling our distribution and demand planning- in this way we plan ahead and avoid shortfalls.

  ### 37. Great visibility, perfectly summed up by the name - Streamline

Streamline has helped drastically with inventory planning. Having all information on 1 platform has been a great highlight for us and our customers.

  ### 38. my cross-border S&OP compass that keeps components and cash flowing north-south

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like the dashboards and visibility of demand, supplier lead-times, and landed cost in one view—so decisions are quicker. What I also like is that the Money tree converts every forecast adjustment into real margin impact in CAD, perfect for board decks. Also, the reordering process spits out a constrained ordering plan that respects MOQs and duty brackets, saving freight and tariffs. Moreover, risk alerts flag when a vendor slips on on-time-in-full, so risk management starts before the problem crosses the border. In addition, Collaboration is smooth—engineering, finance, and I tweak the same Calculations and formulas inside the S&OP cockpit, no version fights. What really fascinates me is the built-in supplier scorecard; I can sit down with partners and show live OTIF and cost variance without opening Excel.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

First time I opened the multi-currency screen, I got a bit lost—rates everywhere. Moreover, you need an IT dep to build an integration.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It aligns global sourcing with local inventory targets in one S&OP cycle. Forecast adjustments plus the reordering process slash excess safety stock on slow-turn components, risk alerts cut supply shocks, and the constrained ordering plan frees cash for new launches. End result: smoother cross-border flow, stronger supplier relationships, and better profitability—exactly what a people-oriented supply leader needs.

  ### 39. My new radar for shelf-life, service levels, and supplier lead-times

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The constrained ordering plan respects both MOQ and remaining shelf life, so I slash write-offs without drowning in raw materials. Plus, the automatic safety-stock calculations and formulas recalc every night as lead-times shift, keeping service levels steady while inventory drops. In addition, forecast adjustments can be paired with promo uplifts in one click, letting sales model campaigns while I watch the risk alerts for margin hits. Also, collaboration extends outside our walls: suppliers get a portal view, so they see the same reordering process and lock in capacity early—huge win for launch windows.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

if lead-time histories are sparse, the dynamic safety stock fluctuates more than I’d like, so I sometimes pin values manually. And a few our 3PM partners struggled with login the first week.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline tackles shelf-life risk, variable lead-times, and promotion spikes all in one S&OP cockpit. The refreshed safety stock rules cut expiry write-offs, the supplier Collaboration portal smooths capacity, and promo-aware forecast adjustments keep fill rates high without emergency air freight. Net effect: steadier service levels, leaner inventory, and healthier margins—exactly the operational change my brief demands.

**Reviewed by:** Maria K. | Purchase Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like how it works in general and it helps me in my work.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

O, here I have some thoughts. Firs you don't have min pcs for order to be adjusted in the system. For need of 1 pcs it shows me that I have to order 1 pallet so for the forecast of the future month the numbers are not correct. Also you don't have supplier code and it doesn't generate template for order. I need more space for other notes somewhere. You generate the order in pcs but I order and send forecast in cases. Here I need another columns for cases. And mauby I have more thinks that I need in our project to be the BEST ONE :-) but we need to work together so we can clear everything.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have o extract info from Navision and make complicate it excels which saves me a lot of time. And I can check everything at any moment.

**Official Response from Gleb Koshulko:**

> Dear Maria,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and your thoughtful comments on how Streamline is working for you and where you feel it could improve.
We're very sorry to hear that certain features didn't meet your expectations. However, I wanted to kindly point out that some of the functionalities you mentioned are already available in Streamline. It’s possible that some of these features might not yet be fully configured in your project, or perhaps we could adjust a few settings to better support your workflow.
Our customer support team would be more than happy to walk you through these features. You may schedule a short call at your convenience to go over everything with a dedicated customer support specialist — we are here to support you and ensure you get the most value from Streamline.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ZEYNEP O. | Supply Chain Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

What I like best about Streamline is its ability to provide clear, actionable insights into our demand and inventory planning. The most helpful aspect is definitely the automated forecasting. It saves us countless hours compared to our old manual methods and the accuracy is significantly better. The biggest upside is the improved visibility across our entire supply chain. We can quickly identify potential bottlenecks and adjust our plans accordingly, which has led to reduced stockouts and lower inventory costs. It's made our S&OP process much more efficient and proactive.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

While Streamline has been a valuable tool for us, there's room for improvement in the user interface and reporting customization. A more intuitive interface and streamlined onboarding process would be beneficial, especially for new users. Also, greater flexibility in report customization would allow for better tailoring to individual needs.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline is primarily solving our problems related to inaccurate demand forecasting and inefficient inventory management. By providing accurate forecasts and optimizing our inventory levels, Streamline is benefiting us by reducing stockouts, minimizing excess inventory, and improving our overall supply chain efficiency. This has led to lower costs, improved customer satisfaction, and a more agile response to market changes. Essentially, it's helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions that positively impact our bottom line.

What I like most about Streamline is its ability to provide visibility in the supply chain, facilitating the coordination of operational areas based on data. Additionally, it features a powerful scenario simulation module (Time Machine), which allows the system to undergo stress tests and anticipate potential difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I like everything about Streamline, but, with the aim of providing constructive feedback, I would suggest improving their dashboards. Although they are very good, I would explore best practices in supply chain indicators and offer those charts as a default option for users.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Based on historical data, Streamline helps generate more accurate forecasts using artificial intelligence. Then, it allows for the creation of a consistent Demand Plan, proposing purchase orders and manufacturing orders, based on available stock and inventory policies, optimizing inventory levels, minimizing immobilized working capital, reducing stockouts and overstock.

  ### 44. This tool has become my right-hand companion. It's like having an extra pair of hands!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

What I like most about this tool is that it has relived us from manual work that took up a lot of time. With more time, we can now focus on strategic tasks that add value to the business. The support provided by the team behind this platform is exceptional. They're always responsive and ready to assist whenever we need help. The reduction in errors since implementing this platform has been remarkable. It's restored our confidence in our supply chain data.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

There is not much to dislike here. We are fully satisfied with the platform.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline helps to simplify the workflows in the different pillars of a supply chain like demand planning, inventory control, and sales and operations planning. It has drastically reduced the amount of time that we have spent on manual tasks and it gives us more time to focus on more strategic tasks like looking for cost-saving opportunities.

  ### 45. Great solution for SME retail/consumer goods

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Streamline is an extremely robust solution covering all aspects of supply chain planning, including forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, and S&OP. One of the standout features is the ability to choose from multiple forecasting models while having the flexibility to adjust parameters as needed. The AI-powered assistance makes navigating the tool seamless, reducing manual effort while enhancing accuracy. Additionally, its integration capabilities are excellent—it connects with nearly any system we need, making data synchronization smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

There’s nothing major to call out, but it will be beneficial to further develop decision automations for replenishment (things like vendor splits, budget-constrained replenishment, etc.) to minimize work outside of system. That said, everything I’ve raised so far has either already been available in the system or is actively being developed on their roadmap, which speaks to their commitment to continuous improvement.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline significantly improves our demand forecasting, allowing us to reduce stockouts and excess inventory while optimizing replenishment planning. It enhances collaboration across teams, ensuring we know to buy the right products, in the right amounts, at the right time, which ultimately maximizes profitability. The system also helps balance inventory levels efficiently, providing better visibility and control over our supply chain.

Its ease of use, quick implementation, and seamless ERP integration made adoption smooth across our team. We've seen a direct impact on revenue growth, and the exceptional customer support has made the entire experience even better.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

While the initial implementation had a few expected hurdles, they were quickly resolved with support. Setting up integrations and configurations may require some IT involvement, especially for more complex environments. Also, like any forecasting tool, the output quality depends heavily on the quality of input data—so proper data preparation is key to achieving the best results.

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

What I like best is how frequently we use Streamline—it has become part of our team’s daily operations. The platform is incredibly easy to use, even for team members who aren’t very technical. Thanks to its smooth implementation and seamless integration with our existing ERP system, we were up and running quickly. The AI-powered demand forecasting is especially helpful, providing accurate insights that we depend on regularly for planning and decision-making. With its wide range of powerful features and outstanding customer support, Streamline is more than just a tool—it’s a core part of how we work every day.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

While the platform offers a wide range of powerful features, it can be a bit overwhelming for first-time users. There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to understanding and fully utilizing the more advanced functionalities. It would be helpful to have more in-depth tutorials or guided walkthroughs available directly within the system. Additionally, although the integration with our ERP system was ultimately successful, the initial setup required some assistance from the support team. Fortunately, their responsiveness and expertise made the process much smoother.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline has significantly improved our demand forecasting process by using AI to analyze historical data and generate more accurate forecasts. This has helped us reduce stockouts and avoid overstock situations, leading to better inventory control and cost savings. Previously, a lot of our planning work was manual and time-consuming—now, the platform automates much of that, freeing up time for our team to focus on strategic decision-making. It also helps align different departments under a unified plan, improving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring everyone is working with the same data. Overall, Streamline has increased our operational efficiency and contributed to more informed, data-driven decisions.

  ### 48. Streamline optimizes supply chains with AI driven forecasting.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Detail oriented, comprehensive dashboards which gives interpretable insights. Forecasting by AI which leads strong models with nice accuracy and features like being able to ignore periods for the forecast is actually very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Allows to adjust and tune to AI forecast but it would also be nice to be able to upload forecast prepared separately by the company to compare. Seasonality detection feature is bit long for companies which changes production plans often to adapt themselves to the market. Database connection bit tricky but brings bit more security as a trade-off.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time with automated dashboards, analysing such as detecting bottlenecks, outliers, Reports are good way to strengthen up the chain. It is easy to interpret inventory levels, which is one of the important piece of supply chain. Very well defined instructions for set-up.

  ### 49. Ease and Efficiency with Streamline, Still Improvable

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I really like how easily Streamline has interconnected with our system. I also appreciate their design model, as it is very simple, educational, and adapts very well to all types of profiles. In our case, it has greatly facilitated the work of people in purchasing who are of an older average age, around 50 years.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

On some occasions, we have had some problems in defining the ABC correctly, given that our product is somewhat complex to work with. Since we do not work with finished products, but rather with components, and many of our BOMs are somewhat complex to work with.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streamline for sales forecasting, allowing the creation of purchase plans thanks to its artificial intelligence. It solves organizational problems in procurement, presenting indicators that facilitate the monitoring of purchasing work, all in a visual and simple way.

**Official Response from Liliia Prus:**

> Thanks, Adrian! We’re happy to hear the improvements in forecasting, scenario planning, and usability are making planning more flexible and accurate for your team. We appreciate the candid feedback on usability and setup – making workflows more intuitive and reducing the learning curve is an active focus for us.

Great to see Streamline helping you factor time into planning, react faster to demand volatility, and get clearer KPIs beyond the ERP. Thanks for sharing your experience!

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

It is a very robust program, we can say that it lacks nothing in this regard. Its integrations are very good and above all, the support and guidance are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Probably at the beginning, the amount of data needed is a bit overwhelming and it may be necessary to structure this better for the relevant cases.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limit dead stock and increase the service level for products that are relevant to us.
